Experience: It was fun during this whole semester. I enjoy it a lot. I cried in the last class because this might be the last chance that I could do graphic design since I am going to Entertainment Design. ;-; I was struggling with choosing the graphic design or entertainment design at the start of the semester. And now it had come to the end. Every exercises and project here are fun to do. I didn't sleep for completing some of the projects, but I think it's worth it to see the final outcome. Maybe I will create another typeface of my own during my free time, but who knows. I will miss typography and advance typography class a lot. I also like to thank Mr. Vinod for the whole semester, although he looks fierce, he is a good lecturer. Best lecturer. He makes me improve a lot and makes me know how fun is typography class. Wish to see you on campus, although we only met twice. Thank you Mr. Asrizal for teaching us this whole semester as well. Really appreciate both of the lecturers helped me through this semester. This semester is going too fast, I thought it just started but it had come to the end. Observation: In this semester, the first thing I observed is I had improved a lot compare to semester 1. When I looked back at what I had done in semester 1, I want to delete them from my blog, not to say that how good am I now but definitely better than semester 1. A good way to practice design is actually to get on the field, join the club's design team (if you don't want to find a very proper job, just in case you ruin their event). They have some different people who studied different things, that they have different perspectives to look at the design. However, this is tricky that you need to be careful about spending too much time on the club's work. Finding: I still have a lot more to learn to be a professional designer. I found that you need to be hardworking to produce good work. For now, I still made a lot of mistakes that shouldn't be made, I hope that after years when I look back on my work, I could notice my mistake here. It's fun that I am doing things that I like. |
