TASK
week 1
For today, Mr. Kanan went through MIB with us. We were briefed about the projects. For the task for this week, we were asked to find 3 locations, either city, forest, or park. We need to study how the shape is forming, use some basic shapes,s and reconstruct it after deconstructing. We also need to build our own settings while looking at the vanishing points. Below are my attempts.
week 2
For today, we were asked to choose a game/animation/movie that you intend to alter the art direction/aesthetics. (*note that you are not creating a game design, only art if you intend to choose a game) Based on your choice you are to then create a world with collections of reference and extract information/components that are shown in your mood board which explains the following:
Time
Era
Ambience and mood

FEEDBACK
week 1: The perspective is a little bit off. study the weight of the lines.
week 2: The game research is fine, combine your own proposal.
REFLECTION
In this exercise, I learned a lot from different types of games and I had chosen Valorant as the main game that I will be referencing in doing my character design. There are a lot of factors that we need to know while designing a game or a game character.
