TASK

week 10 (26.10.2021)

In this week, we were asked to choose a vehicle and work on the interior design.  Below is the first draft of the interior design.

week 11 (2.11.2021)

After receiving Mr.Kanan's feedback, I focused on 1 part of the interior and draw on the detail. I also did the value painting and did a rough color study.

week 12 (9.11.2021)

In this week, I think my design is not detailed enough, so I did another drawing based on the original design. Below are my progression.

FEEDBACK

Be careful on the perspective, use the grid to guide. Choose a part and focus on it. Wrap the picture to fit the perspective.

REFLECTION

In this project, I have noticed that before we paint any design in color, we need to make sure the value of the design is correct and overlay the color on top of it. I had also learned that how do we come out with the design in our mind and find references to make it look realistic. References are important and we need to study how a vehicle will work and how dies it looks like in the interior of the submarine before we proceed with our own design.
